Anderson Appraisal, Inc., is an appraisal and real estate consultation firm that provides a wide array of services to help clients make informed decisions.

Appraisal and real estate consultation services are needed for a number of reasons. These include loan underwriting, listing or sales price determination, setting rental rates, estate valuation, litigation support, insurance dispute, marital dissolution, tax appeal, investment decision making, site selection and highest and best use determination.

Anderson Appraisal, Inc., provides the following services:

Appraisals - Appraisal reports for both public and private clients seeking an opinion of value of any commercial, industrial, multi-family, institutional, vacant land, easement, subdivision, special use and agricultural property.
Appraisal Review - Developing an opinion about the quality of an appraisal, appraisal review, or appraisal consulting assignment with regards to its accuracy and compliance.
Appraisal Consultation - Appraisal consultation is helping a client solve a problem where a value opinion is not necessarily the primary objective. Appraisal consultation includes assignments such as use analysis, market studies, consultation for litigation support, and feasibility studies.
Eminent Domain - The right of government to take private property for public use upon the payment of just compensation.
Highest and Best Use Analysis - This analysis is used to identify the most profitable, competitive use to which a property can be put.
Market Analysis - Examining market data to gauge the supply and demand for a property type in a given geographic area. This is often called "use in search of a site" and can be used for site selection, or determining the suitability of a market for investment, among others.
Rent Survey / Rent Comparability Study - Helping clients determine market rents by surveying and analyzing similar rented properties. Anderson Appraisal, Inc. can also perform HUD compliant Rent Comparability Studies.
